Where do you ship too?:

Currently we only ship in Australia and delivery is via Australian Post. Delivery time will depend on your location within Australia. You will be notified by email when your order is processed and shipped. As we are based in a rural area we cannot guarantee next day delivery via Express Post. Please see shipping and return link 

Can I arrange local pick up?

Yes sure, we are located in South West W.A, if you are close and would like to pick up please contact us before you purchase your rug at info@riverrugs.com

Can I wash my rug in the washing machine?

No we do not recommend washing in a machine, below are so handy tips on keeping your rug looking its best for years.

RUG CLEANING AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS 

• REMEMBER THAT THE SUN FADES AND IMPAIRS THE RUGS COLOUR AND STRUCTURE EASILY.

• VACUUM AND VENTILATE THE RUG REGULARLY 

• REMOVE STAINS IMMEDIATELY. WATER AND MILD DETERGENT ARE GREAT FOR EMERGENCIES. DO NOT USE BLEACH OR OTHER HARSH CHEMICALS.

• DO NOT WASH THE RUG IN THE WASHING MACHINE OR DRY IN THE DRYER. THE WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER MAY BREAK DUE THE WEIGHT OF A WET RUG. ALSO, THE RUGS MATERIALS SUFFER, AND THE RUG MAY LOSE ITS SHAPE. 

• HAND WASH YOUR RUGS. GOOD WEATHER FOR WASHING IS A WARM AND WINDY DAY. AVOID WET DAYS BECAUSE HUMIDITY IS TOO HIGH, AND IT TAKES TIME FOR THE RUG TO DRY. MAKE SURE YOUR RUG IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE PUTTING IT BACK ON THE FLOOR
